Contents Conference Call Set
By renting this conference call set, you’ll have everything you need. All you have to do is plug in the USB and HDMI cables and you’ll be ready to start your meeting. Images are displayed on the included 60’’ 4K TV, which comes with a stand. This allows you to always position the screen how you’d like it to be. Just place the stand where you want it, then adjust the height of the screen. A
Harmonic Design videobar will be placed below the screen for audio playback/recording as well as video recording.
Special Tech
What makes our conference call sets so special? It has a lot to do with the Harmonic Design VideoBar. These come with a special camera with a standard 120 degree lens angle, meaning that it’s even possible to film large groups of people. This is convenient for meetings where there will be many participants. This camera also continuously auto-adjusts. If the group gets smaller, the camera will zoom in in order to make sure that the remaining participants are clearly visible.
This VideoBar’s audio capabilities are also outstanding. It has multiple integrated microphones which continuously auto-adjust depending on the situation. This means that online participants won’t notice a difference in volume between a participant sitting very far away from the VideoBar and a participant sitting very close to it. The microphones are always adjusting so that every discussion is easy to understand, regardless of the position of the videobar or the participants in relation to it.
Use
This conference call set is not difficult to use. You just need to connect your laptop using the HDMI cable if you want to display images. In order to make use of the microphones and camera, you simply need to plug the USB cable into your laptop. The only thing you need to do is select the right in/output in Zoom, Microsoft Teams or whichever other conference-calling program you use.
Are you unsure if 60’’ screen is going to be big enough for your meeting? Opt for the larger version, which includes a
75’’ screen. This is perfect for larger groups or for meetings where you will need to display complex spreadsheet or diagrams.
