Are you looking to dim a conventional spotlight or a special effect like the Magic FX Swirl Fan? Without the need for an extensive dimmerpacks, this single dimmer allows you to do just that. This dimmer can be used to dim single pieces of equipment.

Dimmer

The maximum capacity of the dimmer is 2300 Watts. If the equipment you like to dim uses more than this, you unfortunately won't be able to use this single dimmer. The dimmer has 1 channel and can easily be connected to a regular (WCD) power-socket  Your to be dimmed lighting or special FX device can be easily connected via the power-socket on the dimmer itself.

Controlling

To control the single dimmer you can use the fader which is on the front of the dimmer. This allows you to directly have control over the dimmer and its functionality. However, if you want to use the dimmer as part of a larger show, you can connect it via a 3-pronged DMX connection to your lighting desk. When you are not looking for a dimmer but for a switchpack, you are in luck. This dimmer, by changing it's settings can also be used as a switchpack.
