LED Floodlight 200 Watts
For years, HQI floodlight lamps have been used to illuminate exhibition stands and large surfaces. These gas discharge lamps have a good light amount/power consumption ratio. However, with the current LED lighting technology lighting these larger surfaces can be done much more efficiently.
LED
The use of halogen lighting at trade fairs used to be the norm. A disadvantage of these spotlights was the power consumption, especially during trade fairs, where lighting is often used in huge quantities. These lights also get very hot, turning your trade fair stand into a makeshift sauna. With the advent of lighting based on gas discharge lamps, this improved a lot. The lamps became more power-efficient and did not produce as much heat.
Since LED lighting technology is moving so quickly nowadays, they are finally suitable for use during events where reliability is a key factor. LED lighting has many advantages. This lighting is not only much more efficient, it also produces minimal heat. In short, less power consumption, lower costs, and a more pleasant temperature in your stand. Innovation in the LED lighting field has ultimately led to the new ExpoLED 200. This fixture has retained all the good characteristics of the old-fashioned HQI fixtures, but is much more efficient due to the use of LEDs.
Floodlight
The ExpoLED 200 has the same light output as a conventional HQI 400 floodlight as well as a very large opening angle of 120 degrees. This allows the ExpoLED to create the same uniformly illuminated surface as the old gas discharge floodlight. This LED floodlight has daylight white LEDs. This lighting has a colour temperature of 5000K. Just like its predecessor, the new ExpoLED 200 also has an IP-65 coding, which makes it suitable for outdoor use without any problems.
Exhibition stand
This LED variant is also suitable as a replacement for the old HQI 400 floodlight for use at larger exhibition stands. These lamps work best from a height of 4 to 4.5 meters. When used at a lower height, these floodlights are often too bright. Is your exhibition stand lower than 4 meters? Then you are better off choosing its
little brother, the 100 watt LED Floodlight. This has the same specs as this floodlight, but is smaller and therefore less bright.
Tips
Outdoors
Thanks to its advantageous IP-value, these lights are perfect for outdoor use. These lights function perfectly regardless of weather conditions. Even rain will not affect them.
Indoors
These armatures are also perfect for indoor use. Thanks to the 120 degrees opening angle, even illumination of a convention stand, surface, or large hall is simply done.
