When organising an event, there will always be surprises. Maybe you need that extra light in the exhibition booth or the DJ on your stage is a bit in the dark. There is a large variety of applications where this little yet powerful fresnel will be a welcome addition. This LED fresnel has a 17 Watts strong light source. This seems little, but in practice is enough to smoothly light objects from a short distance. Due to the fact that this fresnel uses a LED light source, it's very energy efficient. You can always just plug it into the nearest available power socket without causing any issues. Are you looking to illuminate an object or a person? In that case we recommend the fixture to be about 2 till 3 meters from the be lighted subject. If not possible, we recommend to go for the more powerful 50 watts LED fresnel.

Settings Fresnel

If there is no need to turn on and off the fresnel during the event. You can use the dimming knob at the back of the fixture. So the only thing to do is to connect the fresnel to the powersupply and select the right level of light. This fresnel gives you a beam angle of 19 degrees. Perfect as lighting for objects or people. As lighting for a larger surface, this is less suitable. However this light comes with an optional extra lens. By placing this lens into the fixture, the beam angle will increase to 45 degrees. Just like any fresnel. This ADJ Encore FR20 DTW comes with 4 barndoors. This enables you to decide how wide the light beam will reach.

DMX

Want to add this LED fresnel to your light set? That's possible. With a special dimmer, it's possible to use this light via DMX protocol. With the help of DMX you can connect the fresnel to a lighting desk. Making it ideal for use during a performance of a DJ or a band at a corporate party or afterparty.
