A rectangular stage at an event… again? Neatly placed to one side or pushed away in a corner of the venue? We understand that a stage is a necessary evil when planning a presentation or a DJ performance. A stage considerably increases the visibility of the speaker or artist, making them clearly visible even to the audience at the back of the venue. However, you can also turn a stage into a real eye-catcher. A round stage makes it possible to use elevation in a playful and fun way. You can, for example, place the stage in the middle of the hall, which creates a completely different dynamic. Moving around on stage will become essential for a speaker at a business conference, but also for a band or artist during a gala. The audience sits or stands around the stage, leading to a much more dynamic performance.

Properties of a Round Stage

Unlike rectangular stage parts where you have an element of control over the shape and dimensions, when using a round stage you are limited to the predefined dimensions. We use a combination of rectangular 2x1m stage elements together with several stage elements with a radius. In order to create a circle, these stage parts have to be connected with each other like a kind of puzzle. Each stage part has its own predetermined position. Once you’ve placed all of the stage elements in the right place, you will end up with a round stage with a diameter of 6 meters. We supply these stage elements with 40 cm high stage legs, but other heights are also possible. This stage is also available at heights of 20, 60, 80 or 100 cm.

Finishing

Stage elements, with their aluminium construction, legs and clamps are not very nice to look at on their own. In order to make the stage attractive so that it can be used during a business conference or an artist's performance, you’ll need extra finishing materials. These are all included in this package, meaning that you will be ready to go as soon as you receive it. This round stage comes with carpet tiles in anthracite. This allows you to add a neutral finish to the top of the stage elements. The sides can be covered using the included stage skirt. This skirt hides the unsightly aluminium construction and stage legs. We also include steps in this set, allowing for safe and easy access to the stage.
