Stage Ramp 60 cm
Changing stage setups for an artist, band or DJ often involves a lot of technology and instruments. The stage is often simply not big enough to leave all the tech on stage all the time. Changing this tech should always be done as quickly as possible, but when dealing with a 60cm high stage, the use of the stairs is difficult and even dangerous. An incline or ramp is the best solution. This allows you to safely and quickly change tech and instruments without creating dangerous situations or requiring heavy equipment to be lifted on and off stage. You can of course also use such a ramp at conventions or presentations where a speaker is in a wheelchair.
Ramp Dimensions
This ramp can be connected perfectly to a stage made out of Prolyte stage parts. This ramp has a special profile which ensures that the ramp can be securely attached to any part of the stage. There is a chance that this profile can be used in combination with a stage made out of another brand’s stage parts, but we cannot guarantee its safety. When used in combination with Prolyte stage parts, this ramp has a maximum load capacity of 250 kg.
This stage ramp is made up of two 2x1 meter stage parts. These are attached to each other at the short end, creating an inclined plane four meters in length. The ramp will therefore be 1 meter wide. A special access ramp ensures a smooth transition from the ground to the first of the two stage parts. A special construction which ensures a stable and safe placement of this ramp is concealed beneath these
stage parts. This construction creates an inclined plane with a 7 degree gradient. In order to maintain this angle, the ramp has to have a total length of 442 cm. Make sure to take this into account when setting up the stage- you must allow enough room to place this ramp.
Finishing
We provide all our stages and catwalks with a high-quality finish, and this ramp is no exception. In order to hide the inner construction of this ramp from your audience’s view, this set comes with a matching skirt. You can cover the top of the ramp using the included carpet tiles in anthracite. Just like with a flat stage, it’s crucial that you secure these carpet tiles carefully and thoroughly using double sided tape. The carpet tiles sliding out of place during your event can lead to very serious consequences; make sure to double check that everything is in place before the start of your event.
This ramp is only suitable for a 60cm high stage. Are you looking for a ramp for a stage of a different height? That’s not a problem at all. We also offer stage ramps for
20,
40 and
80 cm high stages.
